Konami Releasing Silent Hill, DDR and Frogger for iPhone, Too
With the recent announcement of Metal Gear Solid for the iPhone and iPod Touch, there is most likely nothing that can really top it. To add on top of all of the MGS goodness, the company will also be releasing a few of their other big franchises as well, including Silent Hill and DDR. Silent Hill: The Escape, DanceDanceRevolution S Lite and Frogger are all in the works for the iPhone/iPod touch platform.
The DDR makes perfect sense due to the touch screen, Silent Hill is a series that I love, and Frogger, well, if you don’t like it you better kill yourself now. Is this the next step that companies are taking to make the iPhone and iPod touch “hardcore” platforms, and will gamers accept these with open arms?
