Healthy 25-year-old man dies while playing Wii Fit

Tim Eves, a 25-year old man, a supposedly fit and healthy many, suddenly collapsed on the floor of his apartment in front of his terrified girlfriend.

Tim was jogging on the Wii Fit balance board on the Wii, when he suddenly collapsed to the ground. Paramedics dashed to the house, but it was too late. He died of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome, also known as Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome.

The condition apparently kills up to 500 people each year.

Tim’s father, Alan, said: ‘He was just such a helpful, considerate and caring person.

‘He really threw himself into things and lived life to the absolute full.’

He added: ‘Tim packed so much into the 25 years that even if he had lived another 25 years he couldn’t possibly have made any more friends.

‘We all loved him so much.’

Well, this is an extremely sad story, and although it’s not Wii Fit’s fault directly, it is an unfortunate occurrence, and we wish the best to Tim’s girlfriend, and all of his family.
