Command & Conquer 4 in development?

In a recent Twitter post (Which has since been deleted), Electronic Arts’ PR team in the United Kingdom announced that Command & Conquer 4 is now in development, though the link in the post goes noewhere.

Recently, online surveys went out asking what people would like to see in the next Command & Conquer, so it was only a matter of time before an announcement on the game came out. Still, this is a little earlier than even EA, apparently, had expected the announcement to come.
