LittleBigPlanet – Ghostbusters Pack revealed in Japan

The “surprise” is out, and the LittleBigPlanet Ghostbusters pack has been revealed in Japan. Each costume piece will be available for 200 yen, or people can download the whole pack for 600 yen.
The pack looks to contain a Stay Puft Marshmallow Man costume, a ghost costume, ghostbusters costumes and traps, possibly a proton pack as well, and a Slimer mask.
Admittedly, I was hoping for more than just a costume pack from this release, levels and working proton packs ala the Metal Gear Solid DLC would’ve been a nice addition to the game.
The official word on pricing in North America has not yet come from SCEA or Media Molecule, but from the looks of it, if the release is worldwide, the pack will be ready for download on July 16th.

Clap
Well maybe they will put levels on in the future but I love the costumes. Sack boy is just so cute!

Yeah, that would be cool if they did the levels. Man, I have a feeling that LittleBigPlanet will never die.

I still attest Crash Bandicoot is quite recognizable, he’s just not Sony exclusive anymore (but then, who is?).
That being said, LittleBigPlanet 2 is in the works, so Sackboy will live on for at least another sequel.

Yeah I know. When was the last time a Bandicoot game came out? I remember playing those back in the day on the PS1….man, good times.

Looks like they’re still making Bandicoot games as late as last year:
