DSi XL Launches in Japan – Pictures / Comparisons
First it was the news that the DSi XL was in the works and was going to come out in 2009 in Japan, and then it was the video of the DSi XL in action. Well, it’s finally here in Japan, and there are tons of pictures being posted up of the handheld and of the crouds gathered to wait to get their hands on one. Not sure how long the DSI XL’s life will be as such, now Nintendo have released details that a 3D model will be launched with a year, even before the DSi XL has come out in the US. Smacks of arrogance on Nintendo’s part, assuming loyal customers will buy the bigger screen version this year, then upgrade to 3D next year. Still they don’t get much wrong with their products though.
