Team Fortress 2 ‘War’ Update

Team Fortress 2’s Demoman will receive a sword and a shield as a part of Valve’s ‘War’ update this week. The update gives the demoman a close combat kit that includes an ‘Eyelander’ Claymore and the Chargin’Targe. Using these weapons however comes with a price. The sword guarantees a one hit kill but it reduces the maximum starting health. Although every kill with the sword grants a boost to health and speed that are stackable up to four kills. The shield replaces the sticky bomb launcher, and provides a 50%  fire damage resistance and 65% blast damage resistance. The shield also allows the demoman to charge at high speeds dealing heavy damage, and it also gives the demoman a chance to strike with the sword mid charge.
