‘Project Icarus’ being worked on by Irrational Games..wait, what?

Everybody wants a sequel to Kid Icarus, and they’ll settle for it on any console I think. Well it looks like one of the LinkedIn profiles for one of the people at Irrational Games has “Project Icarus”  in what he’s working on.

Unfortunately I’m almost 100% positive that this has nothing to do with Nintendo whatsoever, so I got your hopes up all for nothing. Why? Just because the odds of Nintendo letting the codename for a project like Kid Icarus be ‘Project Icarus” is ridiculous, and there’s no other sign anywhere about the game coming out or even being worked on.

I guess we’ll just have to keep hoping…
