Square-Enix has stated that they’re planning a launch event for the next installment in the Kingdom Hearts Series, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. That’s all we know right now, aside from the fact that it’ll be in Tokyo, but maybe we’ll get some cool stuff out of it.
I want Square-Enix to announced another 10th Anniversary Collection that contains Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, the remake of the GBA game Chain of Memories and the PSP game Birth By Sleep; because that 3DS/DS Collection is insultingly disappointing. Hopefully they’ll announce a release date for places outside of Japan too, so we’ll know when to start saving.
Dream Drop Distance drops into Japan on March 29th.
Kyree didn't have an N64 or Dreamcast as a kid (so sad) and he doesn't remember finishing any of his PlayStation games, but skip to the PS2/GC/Xbox era and everything changed. He hasn't been outside to play tag in forever, but he can recall playing way too much Smash Bros. and even more Kingdom Hearts; seriously, he can recite lines from it. I think he may have a problem.
