Skyrim’s first DLC update, Dawnguard, has already been out on the Xbox 360 for quite some time. Yesterday, it finally found its way to the PC, but PlayStation 3 owners will have to continue to wait. At least, until Bethesda’s satisfied with it.
A small update was given on the BethBlog detailing the delay of the PS3 version.
We would like for everyone to have a chance to play Dawnguard, but we aren’t going to release it for PS3 knowing that some people’s experience in Skyrim will be worse.
It’s no secret that the PS3 version of Skyrim isn’t the best thing ever, so it’s nice to know that Bethesda is trying to put Dawnguard on the PS3 with as little problems and possible. The last thing Skyim owners on the PS3 need is to be last to the DLC-Party and have more bugs and issues than the other versions.
Kyree didn't have an N64 or Dreamcast as a kid (so sad) and he doesn't remember finishing any of his PlayStation games, but skip to the PS2/GC/Xbox era and everything changed. He hasn't been outside to play tag in forever, but he can recall playing way too much Smash Bros. and even more Kingdom Hearts; seriously, he can recite lines from it. I think he may have a problem.
