Well you can’t, but it is coming soon to the Visceral Online Store, so keep your eye out for it. This is a great way to promote the game and start get people stoked for the sequel to a great game. Sony has confirmed LittleBigPlanet2 North American release to be November 16, 2010. There will also be a limited number Collector’s Edition copies also available at launch. The CE will cost $79.99 and come with these goodies:

-A copy of LittleBigPlanet 2
-7’ SackBoy plushie
-LittleBigPlanet game ends “keep your PS3 games in a tidy, organized and ‘Sack-ured” within these unique bookends”
-Stacks of pre-order downloadable content, such as:
Toy Story 3 Aliens costume

Ratchet costume

I don’t know about you but that sounds like a pretty damn good deal for the buck, and I would be stoked just for the plushie. I mean it’s a SackBoy plushie….A SACKBOY PLUSHIE, PEOPLE!

A beta for Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood has been confirmed for PS3 owners. The beta will be released in September one month before the game’s release on November 16, 2010. To get your little hands on a beta key, you’re going to have to pre-order the game at select GameStop locations. And by “select GameStop locations” I mean you’re going to have to guess for yourself where you pre-order the game.

Yeah, so how about throwing a beta to the 360, Ubisoft, so I can get my hands on it?

If you’re like me you can’t get enough of the Assassin’s Creed series and readily await November 16th. My only concern with the new edition to the franchise is the addition of multiplayer I thought it was a great idea since the first Assassin’s Creed, and I just hope that they don’t screw it up. Well anyway here have a trailer:

The box itself comes with a 250 GB hard drive and built in wireless. There are also a few Halo related goodies of course including a token for Limited Edition Elite armor set, an episode of Halo Legends, and a Reach themed wired headset. The silver console is also supposed to have “custom sound effects” from the Halo universe. The silver wireless controller and headset will be sold separately in late August. The suggested price for the controller is $59.99 and comes with a token for animated Covenant Banshee Avatar item and the headset has a suggested price of $49.99. That better be one hell of a good headset.

This week’s deals are taking a shot at old Arcade classics. If you are a Gold Member then you are eligible for these exclusive deals, if you are not a Gold Member please explain to me why the hell not. I mean Defense Grid, and PB Winterbottom for a mere 400 points! Plus Chime for 240, which I just picked up and am downloading is a steal because it is one hell of a game. Donkey Kong Country, a series much like Kid Icarus in that it hasn’t had an main installment in the series in a while. It’s been since 1993 to be exact. The game is exactly as you expected the series to bring in that it has awesome 3D graphics but is a fun 2D platformer. The game is set to come out this holiday season, and that’s about all we know at this point.

Of course Portal 2 had to get a trailer at E3, and with the trailer we learn a critical piece of information about the game: GLaDOS is back, and she wants you to see past your differences in the name of science. Everything about the trailer makes my heart pump though. It’s not like the first game. Everything was fun and easy until you got to the end, but just by viewing the new trailer….I think this game is going to be a little bit differently.

We already know most of what there is to know about Metroid: Other M for the Wii. It’s been pushed back, we’re sad, the footage looks awesome, and this is the trailer that we get to see from E3. Full of the awesome that we’re expecting from Nintendo and Team Ninja, we cannot wait for this game to finally come out.

Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood E3 Gameplay

So Assassin’s creed has had a bumpy path on the path to becoming a series that is actually coveted by gamers. With the original bringing some cool mechanics but repetitive and boring missions, everyone thought that the next game would be on the up and up. Well not for everybody. The variety didn’t do much for everybody, and the repetitive nature of the first game comes back to haunt it.

So what can we expect from Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood? Well check out the trailer and gameplay footage above, and you’ll have to see for yourself.
