Sony to release a PlayStation smartphone? Hopefully it’ll be as popular as the PSPgo
We all know that the Wall Street Journal is legit and gives us the answers to everything that we want. Well now they’re telling us the tried and true rumor that Sony will be coming out with a smartphone, developed by Sony Ericsson, that will be “capable of downloading and playing PlayStation games”.
The device is said to be released later in 2010, but so is the device that Sony has confirmed that “blurs distinctions among a netbook, an e-reader and a PlayStation Portable”. Well all I can say is good luck Sony. We can only hope that all of your mobile endeavors go as well as the recent PSPgo.
Yeah, you know that download-only device that they released recently.
Wait, you forgot.
Yeah.

iPhone 4G on Verizon?
There are several rumors that the iPhone 4g will be on the Verizon network. The C.E.O of Verizon told Late Night Show host, Charlie Rose, “that it is Apple’s decision.” I have been told from an inside source that they are testing right now to see if Verizon’s soon to be released 4g network can download as fast as they claim. If the iPhone 4g does come out for Verizon this will likely kill AT&T’s sales by at least half because the iPhone is the reason most people choose the AT&T network.

Resident Evil 4 Mobile Edition Facts
Resident Evil 5 on phones? HELL NO! Resident Evil 4 is coming out on mobile phones, and we’ve got all of the facts for the game. Although (obviously) you won’t have as memorable or as exciting of an experience as you would on home consoles, the game will still feature running gun fights against crowds of enemies utilizing Resident Evil 4’s intuitive tap interface. Yeah, that awesome.
Here’s an overview of the story:
It has been six years since the destruction of Raccoon City. Leon S. Kennedy, formerly Raccoon City Police Department’s idealistic rookie cop, is now a U.S. agent with a top-secret mission to rescue Ashley Graham, the President’s daughter. Leon begins his investigation in an undisclosed Spanish-speaking village in Europe, where he encounters a horde of unruly villagers who pledge their lives to Los Illuminados, the cult that perpetrated Ashley’s kidnapping. As Leon encounters unimaginable horrors, he must find out who or what is behind everything.
- More action, more epic, more fear than ever before.
- The best 3D graphics to date on iPhone!
- 3rd person perspective camera for a panoramic view of the action.
- Blast enemies apart with laser precision. New location based damage means where you aim is what you hit.
- Shake the iPhone/iPod Touch to reload.
- Context sensitive controls pop up as need allowing you to perform complex actions with a tap of the button. Climb ladders, equip binoculars and jump out windows with a press of an icon.
- Play through the game to unlock ”Mercenary Mode,” a separate mission mode with pre-set goals, weapons and conditions.
The game’s going to be fun though, and with the graphics that the iPhone and iPod Touch can do, it will look pretty good as well as play well.
