Alpha Protocol gets Delayed

Hey everybody! I’ve got some super exciting news for you! Today we are getting yet another delayed game! Isn’t that exciting? This time it’s Alpha Protocol on the PS3, 360, and PC. When will this game be released? Just six months from now, the game will be getting worked on for it’s release in the summer time. Looks like our lineup is getting slimmer and slimmer, JUST what we wanted.

Alpha Protocol – Pre-order Specials

These days, it’s hard to find a hot title that DOESN’T have a pre-order incentive, and Alpha Protocol is no different.  Today, SEGA America posted what you could get if you pre-ordered the upcoming espionage RPG from either GameStop or GameCrazy.  Here are your choices:  If you go GameCrazy, you’ll be opting into a stealthier path, with tranquilizers and sound suppressors. For Gamestop, you’ll be rocking some of the beefier guns and going full assault, ready to take down anyone in your path. Before you decide, check the details on both packs below.

Alpha Protocol Box Art Revealed

Earlier today SEGA announced the October 6th release date for the Action/RPG Spy game Alpha Protocol.  Now, the SEGA America Blog has revealed the box art for all 3 platforms the game will be released on.

Alpha Protocol has a release date

Sega has announced today that the highly-anticipated Action/RPG Alpha Protocol being developed by Obsidian will be available in North America for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC on October 6.

Alpha Protocol weaves a story not unlike Robert Ludlum’s popular Jason Bourne novels. The RPG’s plot follows Michael Thorton, a secret agent who has turned rogue after being disavowed by his government. However, given that the game accommodates a branching storyline a la BioWare’s sci-fi RPG Mass Effect, players can assume a variety of undercover personas, ranging from a suave James Bond-style spy to one like the maniacal Jack Bauer of 24 fame.
