Mozilla Firefox 3.5 is Almost Here!
Remember when Mashable! and many other people said that Firefox 3.5 Beta 4 was probably the last beta release before the final version, 3.5? Well, it’s not entirely true: There’s a Firefox 3.5 Preview release out, aimed primarily at developers and some beta testers. The good news? It means that Firefox 3.5 (or the release candidate version, at the very least) is right around the next turn.
If you’re a Firefox 3.5 Beta user, you will receive this update automatically within the next 24 hours. Or, if you want to, go to Help>Check for Updates… in the menu bar area to get this update. If you aren’t a developer or beta user/tester, the kind folks at Mozilla recommend that you wait for the Firefox 3.5 Release Candidate, which should be available in the next 1 to 2 weeks. The suspense is killing me! How about you?

Firefox May Already Be Dead…
With the release of Google Chrome for all operating systems now, it is an exciting time in terms of browsers. Chrome is extremely fast and responsive with Javascript, and it’s exactly how Firefox used to be. If you compare the two browsers now, Firefox just seems like an old man. Has Mozilla lost their track when it comes to making a web browser?

The Pirate Bay User Pages Blocked by Google and Firefox
If in the last 24 hours, have tried to find torrents or files on The Pirate Bay via Google or the Firefox browser, you will see that certain sections of the site are being flagged as containing malware; making the worlds largest torrent tracker an “attack” site.

What is the problem exactly? orrentFreak spoke with Peter Sunde (brokep) who told us that right now they don’t have a clear idea of what is causing the problem although they are working hard on fixing it. Some people are saying that this is due to malicious ads from third parties which are embedded in the site.
Hopefully The Pirate Bay fixes this, or whoever is at fault for this. No doubt with the trial out of the way, the people behind TBT will get it sorted out in no time.
