Get Albert Wesker in Lost Planet 2 when you pre-order from GameStop
Lost Planet 2 has just got a little more awesome, but you’re dignity as somebody that hate’s GameStop and despises them will have to take a hit for it. Capcom has announced pre-order Lost Planet 2 at GameStop locations in North America will be able to unlock Resident Evil’s most famous character, Albert Wesker, as an exclusive playable skin when they play Lost Planet 2. Also, players who take advantage of the pre-order bonus will get their hands on some additional firepower via a revolver added to their arsenal of weapons.
So this is what we’ve gotta think about here. Badass Resident Evil character that you can play in Lost Planet 2, or not buying from GameStop, and trying to give them less money then they already make. Yeah, we know your decision, and we don’t blame you for it.

GameStop gets No More Heroes mixed up with Barbie
As if we didn’t already know that the people that worked at GameStop were super-geniouses, we get a picture of this. It looks like GoNintendo reader wait1minuteplz was looking at the back of the No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle box, and saw that the price tag actually maked the game as Barbie Horse Adventures: Riding Something or Other No One Gives a Shit. This really, really goes to show how much the employees at GameStop know about their games and how much effort they put into making the customer happy.

Another Case of GameStop Screwing Customers
While browsing through one of my favorite gaming blogs out there, GoNintendo, I read a story about yet another person who went to get a couple of games from GameStop, and without fail, got screwed.
Here’s what GoNintendo reader, Gerardo says:
Today, I went up and picked three new DS games, Hotel Dusk, Trace Memory, and Knights in Nightmare, since I was interested in them. The clerk brought me unopened copies of Knights in Nightmare and Hotel Dusk, and an open copy of Trace Memory. But he assured me that it was a new copy, and the case was opened for display purposes, yet I was charged for a new game.
Curious of this, I popped in the game as soon as I arrived from work, and alas, the game had two saved files, clocked at more than 8 hours each. Now, this just makes me mad since:
* I was charged for a new game.
* The store clerk simply lied to me.
So, be aware when going to gamestop, because you’ll never know when you’re actually getting a new game! Go figure…..

GameStop scams Killzone 2 fans
Read More
After seeing 26 preowned copies of the game yesterday, I knew that Derek’s case was not a isolated incident. This GameStop store, knowingly or not, sold the game early and then banked on all of the returns because the game “didn’t work” yet. You could call it dickishness or ineptitude on GameStop’s part, or maybe you’d just blame the customers for somewhat stupidly selling the games back. Either way, the situation stinks and certainly doesn’t do much to help GameStop’s image as an evil corporation.
